This traditional, family run, independent hotel offers uniquely styled accommodation in picturesque Llandudno. Found on the north coast, this is the largest seaside resort in Wales, near to Snowdonia. The Williams family is now in its 3rd generation of caring for our guests, many of whom have been returning for over 30 years.

On 30th November 1986, the Williams family bought the Brinkburn Hotel, merged it with the Richmond Hotel, and renamed it the Ambassador Hotel. Today, the former hotel names are commemorated. The Bodnod and Tegwell are the names of one the Ambassador’s lounges and ground floor function room respectively. The Glyn Isa, Richmond, Baldwin and Brinkburn are names used for the spa rooms. Our other spa room, The Gronwen, is named after the house occupied by Jim and Freda Williams, who were the first generation of the Williams family to own a hotel.

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 3.25 per day.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 3.50 per night and person for cots. All children under 3 years stay free of charge for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
